Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant to join our team!

This is a part-time (with a potential move into full-time) position at our Pure Integrative Pharmacy Ladysmith, BC location. The candidate must have a flexible working schedule covering the Pharmacy's business hours (Monday-Sunday).

Experience working in a pharmacy is required. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are a must! Previous experience with Kroll and compounding would be considered an asset.

Perform pharmacy assistant duties, including, but not limited to are:

• Customer Care - answering calls, attending to customer needs, etc.
• Process, prepare, and compound prescriptions
• Maintain prescription and inventory record keeping systems using Kroll
• Maintain proper drug storage and security
• Prepare and settle third party insurance claims and records
• Other pharmacy assistant duties as per pharmacist requirements

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
