We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, consultative selling, and helping customers find the right HVAC and plumbing solutions for their homes and projects.

You will be responsible for driving residential sales growth through solution-based selling, customer relationship management, lead follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct site visits to assess customer HVAC and plumbing needs
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes for installations, replacements, service work, and maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the Outside Sales Representatives in other regions and internal teams to drive sales initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop solution strategies with support from technical and inside sales teams
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospective customers
  • Successfully manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
  • Utilize Service Titan (ERP), BuildOps, and Microsoft Office platforms effectively
  • Ensure all pricing aligns with company pricing guidelines
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies
  • Complete a minimum of 600+ cold calls annually and target 200+ face-to-face meetings with prospective customers

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of sales experience preferred, ideally within HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related industries
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close sales, ideally a strong existing network in the Fraser valley / lower mainland region.
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and account management abilities
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • High level of professionalism and adaptability
  • Comfortable conducting site visits and travelling as required
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record
  • Experience with Service Titan and/or BuildOps considered an asset
  • Additional sales training or HVAC/plumbing industry knowledge considered an asset

Working Conditions

  • Combination of office, customer sites, and field environments
  • Regular travel throughout the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley Region
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions during site visits
  • Fast-paced and customer-focused environment

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Occasional standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, or crouching
  • Ability to conduct on-site assessments in residential environments
