The Role: Musical Theatre Piano Accompanist

You will be a central part of bringing six full musical theatre productions to life over the course of the summer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach songs and vocal arrangements for six productions
• Provide live keyboard accompaniment for rehearsals and performances
• Support musical arrangements and oversee compositions as needed
• Collaborate closely with our Theatre team to execute a shared creative vision
• Help foster confidence and growth in young performers

You will play a vital role in shaping not just performances, but the confidence and joy of every camper who steps on stage.

Qualifications:

• Strong keyboard accompaniment skills and sight reading ability
• Experience with vocal coaching
• Experience working with children
• Musical theatre experience preferred
• Ability to live on-site from June 20 to August 13
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
• A genuine love for working outdoors and being part of a close-knit community
