Business Consultant - Field Sales (Business-to-Business) at Kmoon

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Business Consultant to join our team as an ambassador for one of our partners, Rogers/Shaw Communications. We strongly believe in promoting from within and are convinced that everyone has the capacity to grow as far as they like within the company, whether it’s becoming a Team Leader or a Regional Territory Manager.

A Typical Day:

  • You will spend your day engaging customers while promoting and selling Rogers/Shaw Communication services.
  • You will be an integral part of a welcoming, upbeat, and diverse environment that encourages healthy competition.
  • Represent Rogers/SHAW Communications business products to prospective clients in a clear and professional manner, in a business setting at all times and adhering to client compliance.
  • Possess an expert-level knowledge of products and services.
  • Drive remarkable customer experiences by striving for every customer to choose Rogers/Shaw.
  • Explain technical information in terms understandable to all of our clients.
  • Assess business owners' needs and provide sound recommendations.
  • Attain and exceed predetermined revenue targets for yourself and the team.
  • Stay connected and communicate clearly with technician installers to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Remain energised by the ever-evolving industry and the potential to identify customer needs.
  • Commit to keeping current with ever-changing technologies.
  • Coordinate meetings and presentations with stakeholders when necessary.

Your Skills/Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.

  • Proficiency with Google Suite products.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C fields like retail, hospitality, customer service, event marketing, or media sales, digital marketing sales is advantageous but not required.
