As a valuable member of CustomAir, the inside sales position will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to;

• Answering the phone and communicating with customers
• Communicating with the sales team
• Taking customer requests via telephone and email
• Following-up with customers and potential customers
• Inputting data into a CRM
• Preparing and following up on submitted quotations
• Dealing with account issues
• Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
• Following strategies to achieve sales objectives

The ideal candidate will have a willingness to be a team player as well as work independently with limited direction. HVAC knowledge is strongly recommended, although we are willing to train the right person with a passion to learn the industry.
