Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our culinary team at Heritage in our Bolton Location. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality meals that meet our standards for excellence and safety, contributing to our mission of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist with meal preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
• Assist in cooking and plating dishes as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages.
• Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in food preparation or cooking roles.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is an asset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $17.75-$24.57 per hour
