JOB SUMMARY:
We are a Toronto-based general contracting company seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction site operations. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with Ontario MOL regulations and our COR-certified safety program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise on-site construction activities and trades across multiple project sites
Enforce and uphold COR (Certificate of Recognition) health & safety standards
Ensure full compliance with Ontario Ministry of Labour (MOL) regulations and OHSA requirements
Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks, and incident reporting
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Maintain site documentation including daily logs, safety records, and progress reports

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within general contracting
COR certification (or working knowledge of COR program requirements)
Strong understanding of Ontario occupational health & safety legislation (OHSA/MOL)
Valid G driver's licence and access to a reliable personal vehicle
Willingness to travel to multiple job sites across the Greater Toronto Area
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Travel to multiple sites is required
