Job Overview:
Grotto Getaway is seeking a Housekeeping and Glamping Experience Specialist
who combines creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to maintain and
enhance our glamping experience facilities and accommodations. The ideal candidate
will be instrumental in creating well maintained and inviting spaces for our guests,
ensuring every glamping stay is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks, ensuring glamping facilities and units
meet our standards, and are ready for guest arrivals.
● Assist with restaging glamping units to maintain and elevate their aesthetic appeal.
● Utilize creativity and a good eye for details to design, stage and maintain glamping
units that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
● Maintain the upkeep and organization of staging materials and storage areas.
● Collaborate with the team to implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest
experience.
● Address any staging or maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.
● Perform other tasks as assigned to support the glamping operations.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field, is a plus but not
required.
● A strong eye for design and detail, with creativity in staging and decorating spaces.
● Excellent work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
● Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as setting up, cleaning, and
restaging glamping units.
● Strong organizational skills to manage inventories and staging materials.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Hourly rate from $20 per hour.
● Anticipated start date: Mid-April.
●Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal.
●Contract length: 3-8 months.
