Full job description

We are looking for someone who is somewhat of a super-hero, who has the ability to multi-task without missing a heartbeat, Someone who isn't afraid of a possible later day than normal, who will be the voice for the Owner/CEO, who isn't afraid to have that voice and contribute daily to our success.

Someone who can bring positives to the table, along with forward thinking and energy

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for Clients, Suppliers, Owner,CEO and Installers
  • Gate keeper on Emails, follow ups, phone calls
  • Track job completion dates and track work in progress
  • Basic clerical and administrative duties, filing, preparing electronic forms & documents, data entry
  • Gate keeper to T-Sheets, Qucikbooks application
  • Work Closely with operations, Supervisor and Installers
  • Dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
  • Completion of various accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable and purchase orders in QuickBooks
  • Preparation of Quotes to customers , RFQ's and information provided from sales person
  • Office supplies and tidiness
  • Warehouse Inventory control, and Control of all tools that are given to Installers
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Attributes & Experience:

  • Customer service skills/experience a must within Racking, Construction and logistics
  • Self starter
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to deal with high volume emails, and requests
  • Able to deal with high level of stress
  • Able to make decisions quickly
  • Highly Organized and time-management skills
  • Must be career-oriented, proactive, accurate, deadline-oriented, service-oriented, punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Google, Quickbooks Online and T-sheets
  • Proficient with English language speaking and typing
  • Previous racking and construction industry experience
  • Previous experience in Quickbooks
