Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and compliance. Duties
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Oversee employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive work environment and address employee concerns effectively.
- Maintain and update employee files as required.
- Support training & development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Assist with change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational restructuring or policy updates.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies by conducting documentation updates.
- Collaborate with leadership on project management tasks related to HR initiatives and process improvements.
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Provide administrative support related to human resources management tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and policy documentation.
Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies and human resources management practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data collection reports for insights into HR trends and metrics.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
