Construction Project Manager

Location: GTA & Surrounding Areas, Simcoe County, Durham Region, Southern Ontario, Southwestern Ontario

Overview:
Senturion Group is seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects from pre‑construction through final turnover. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership skills, capable of managing budgets, schedules, trades, and client expectations while ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close‑out
• Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and trades
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and resources
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, or conflicts proactively
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient with project management software and reporting tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.) considered an asset
