Job Description

  • Receive, review and provide freight transportation quotations
  • Auditing customers' bill of lading and invoices
  • Work with customers, sales and accounts receivables department staff

Location

11398 Bridgeview Dr, Surrey BC V3R 0C2

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; or
  • Monday to Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:

  • Receive, review and provide freight transportation quotations
  • Auditing customers’ bills of lading and invoices
  • Work with customers, sales and accounts receivables department staff

Job Requirements:

  • Mathematical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able work independently
  • Customer Service driven and team oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
