What This Role Is About This is a full-time, in-person sales position. Every day you'll be at live events and field activations across North York — meeting people, presenting products, and seeing the sales process through from the opening conversation to a completed transaction. It suits someone who's naturally confident with strangers, stays sharp under pressure, and wants a role where effort actually gets noticed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Approach consumers at field activations and live brand events with confidence and a professional attitude
• Present client products and services in a straightforward, compelling way
• Ask the right questions to understand what a customer needs before recommending anything
• See the sales process through from start to finish without rushing or pressuring
• Log daily activity and results accurately at the end of each shift
• Hit individual targets while pulling in the same direction as the broader team
• Show up to weekly coaching sessions ready to apply what you learn

Who Fits This Role

• Naturally confident talking to new people in busy, public settings
• Driven by results and consistent even when things get challenging
• Organized enough to manage your own activity and accountable enough to own your numbers
• Some background in a target-driven or customer-facing environment is helpful — genuinely not expected
• Must have transportation and be available for full-time hours in North York
