Le Time Out Market Montréal est à la recherche d’un(e) bartender passionné(e) et talentueux(se) pour enrichir son équipe bar. Véritable carrefour de la gastronomie et de la culture locale, notre établissement offre une ambiance vibrante, une clientèle fidèle et un environnement stimulant où créativité et excellence du service sont à l’honneur.

Heures d’ouverture :
Ouvert 7 jours sur 7, de 11 h 30 à minuit.
Le ou la candidat(e) doit être disponible selon ces plages horaires, incluant les soirs et les fins de semaine.

Votre rôle:

En tant que bartender, vous serez un ambassadeur ou une ambassadrice de notre expérience client. Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

• Offrir un service chaleureux, professionnel et personnalisé
• Préparer et servir des cocktails classiques et signatures avec précision et créativité
• Conseiller la clientèle sur les produits, alcools et nouveautés
• Maintenir un espace de travail propre, organisé et efficace
• Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe pour assurer un service fluide

Profil recherché:

• Minimum 2 ans d’expérience significative en tant que bartender
• Maîtrise des techniques de mixologie
• Connaissance approfondie des spiritueux et des tendances actuelles
• Sens aigu du service à la clientèle
• Rapidité d’exécution et bonne gestion du stress
• Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et ponctualité
• Attitude professionnelle

Time Out Market Montréal is looking for a passionate and talented bartender to join its bar team. As a true hub of gastronomy and local culture, our venue offers a vibrant atmosphere, a loyal clientele, and a dynamic environment where creativity and service excellence take center stage.

Opening Hours:
Open 7 days a week, from 11:30 a.m. to midnight.
Candidates must be available during these hours, including evenings and weekends.

Your Role:

As a bartender, you will be an ambassador of our guest experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering warm, professional, and personalized service
• Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails with precision and creativity
• Advising guests on products, spirits, and new offerings
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service

Profile We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a bartender
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques
• In-depth understanding of spirits and current bar trends
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with autonomy and punctuality
• Professional attitude
