Role Overview

We are hiring for an organized Installation Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of renovation installation projects. In this role, you will work closely with Salespeople, Project Managers, Schedulers and cross functioning teams to help ensure projects are properly prepared, communicated, and executed efficiently from start to finish while contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

The Installation Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting installation operations and ensuring projects are fully prepared for successful execution.

• Coordinate project readiness by confirming material availability, project documentation, and operational requirements prior to installation
• Support customers throughout the installation process by providing project updates, preparation requirements, and operational communication
• Collaborate with Shipping, Production, Scheduling, Service, and Installation teams to maintain project flow and support successful execution
• Provide installers with accurate job details, site information, and required documentation while supporting resolution of field-related issues
• Identify and escalate project deficiencies, operational concerns, or readiness issues to the appropriate departments
• Create and maintain Service Requests (SRs), project notes, and operational documentation within company systems
• Monitor open deficiencies and assist with coordination of resolutions to reduce delays, return trips, and customer disruptions
• Support Project Managers with operational coordination and continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Qualifications

• 5-10 years experience in construction, renovation, window/door installation, or service coordination
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Proficiency with CRM and scheduling software (Salesforce)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
