We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, eager to learn, and comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments. You’ll handle everything from water and fire damage to hazardous material removal and biohazard cleanup, while being cross-trained across multiple departments for career versatility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform restoration and remediation work related to water, fire, mold, asbestos, and biohazard damages
  • Ensure all job sites meet safety and environmental standards, following company procedures and legal requirements
  • Identify, contain, and safely remove hazardous materials (asbestos, mold, biohazards)
  • Handle biohazard materials with care and discretion according to safety protocols
  • Assist in emergency response situations, including floods, fires, and trauma or crime scenes
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (evenings, weekends, and holidays as required)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and tools
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
  • Ability to follow detailed scopes of work and documentation requirements
  • Physically fit – able to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces
  • Clean-shaven face (if applicable) for respirator fit testing
  • Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record (background check required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call shift for emergency response work

Preferred Assets (Training Provided for the Right Candidate)

  • Type 2 Asbestos Abatement Operations Ticket
  • WRT (Water Remediation Technician) Certification
  • TCST (Trauma & Crime Scene Technician) Certification
  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, or environmental remediation

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts; overtime, weekends, and on-call rotation as required
