Independent Contractor – Delivery Driver (Own Vehicle Required)

Job Description:

We are building a reliable team of independent delivery drivers to support daily package routes across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, St. Catharines, and Brantford.

This is ideal for drivers currently working with Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, or similar platforms who are looking for more consistent, predictable daily work.

What You’ll Do:

• Complete approximately 40–60 deliveries per day
• Follow an assigned delivery route in your local area
• Ensure packages are delivered safely and on time
• Provide a positive customer experience at drop-off
• Comfortably mention our service (0ne.com) during deliveries when appropriate

Compensation:

• ~$5 per delivery
• Typical earnings: $200–$300 per day (based on volume)
• Consistent daily work available

Schedule:

• Flexible start times
• Routes typically take 4–8 hours depending on pace and experience
• Opportunities for ongoing, steady work

Requirements:

• Must have your own reliable vehicle (car, SUV, or van)
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Comfortable handling high-volume delivery work
• Strong reliability and time management
• Good communication skills
• Previous delivery or driving experience is an asset

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience with Uber, DoorDash, SkipTheDishes, Amazon Flex, or courier work
• Prefers consistent daily routes over app-based unpredictability
• Organized, efficient, and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
