Full-Time Production Operator – Chemical Packaging (NOC 94110)

Wage progression within the posted range is based on successful completion of training, demonstrated competency, skill development, and operational experience.

Overtime is paid in accordance with the Employment Standards Act (Ontario). This role operates under an approved 12-hour continental shift schedule, with overtime payable after

84 hours over a two-week cycle, in compliance with ESA requirements.

Public holiday pay and/or substitute days are provided in accordance with the Employment Standards Act.

Shift & Schedule

12-hour continental rotating shifts

Day shifts: 8:00 a.m. – 8:20 p.m.

Includes weekends and statutory holidays

May transition to rotating day/night shifts based on operational requirements

About the Role

Robinson Services Inc., located in Kingston, Ontario, is hiring Full-Time Production Operators to support our chemical packaging operations serving the automotive tire manufacturing industry. We are a safety-focused organization with over 50 years of operational excellence.

This is a year-round, full-time position with structured onboarding, formal training, and defined wage progression.

Key Responsibilities

Package dry chemical recipe bags (approximately 18–25 lbs)

Handle bulk chemical packaging (approximately 25–60 lbs)

Operate computer terminals and respond to system alarms

Perform industrial housekeeping and cleaning

Operate lift trucks (training provided by the employer)

Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators during designated tasks

Participate in required health, safety, and operational training

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic computer skills

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Manufacturing or industrial experience is considered an asset
