Welder and Fitter

Dynamic Machine Corp is seeking an experienced Welder and Fitter to join our team. We are an employee owned organization that prioritizes a professional work environment and long term stability for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Mig and Tig welding processes on various materials.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise fabrication.
• Manage task sequencing and coordinate with team members to meet production priorities.
• Operate overhead cranes using safe hoisting and rigging techniques.
• Utilize measuring tools with high accuracy to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional welding experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem solving skills.
• Ability to pass CWB testing for MCAW, FCAW, and GMAW on mild steel.
• Proficiency in Tig welding is considered a significant asset.
• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum is preferred.
• Consistent attendance and a collaborative mindset.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.
• Friday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
• Occasional overtime may be required based on project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
