Job Titles: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) & Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA / SLPA)

Schedule: Part-time or Full-time - Create your own hours and workload

Remote Options: SLPs can choose between remote and in-person practice. CDAs will practice in-person only.

Location: Across Toronto and the GTA (Choose your preferred local territory: Toronto, Markham, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Aurora, or Newmarket)

Pay Rates:

  • SLPs: $100 – $150 per hour
  • CDAs / SLPAs: $50 – $80 per hour

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered speech and language interventions tailored to children on the Autism Spectrum (ASD).
  • For SLPs: Conduct communication assessments, establish meaningful goals, design custom treatment plans, and provide clinical guidance/supervision to communicative disorders assistants - in-person or remotely.
  • For CDAs/SLPAs: Implement direct, engaging therapeutic activities designed by the supervising SLP, tracking real-time measurable progress.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to facilitate seamless strategy implementation in the child's natural home environment.

Core Requirements for All Applicants:

  • A genuine passion for working with the pediatric pediatric population and direct experience supporting neurodiverse learners (ASD).
  • Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes (Exception: Downtown Toronto transit-accessible routes).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independence, and the ability to articulate clinical progress to families.
  • Residing currently within Toronto or one of our active GTA expansion cities.

Role-Specific Qualifications:

  • For SLPs: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active registration in good standing with the CASLPO.
  • For CDAs / SLPAs: A recognized CDA Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or extenseive CDA/SLPA experience.
