Summary

We are seeking dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team as a Server at Outback Steakhouse, located on near Clifton Hill on Victoria Ave!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.'
• All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Smart Serve Certified.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours.
• Food safety certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
