Who you are:

You have a passion for sales. Creating personal connections is completely natural for you. You invest your time and experience into making patient’s wishes become reality. You are passionate about this business and knowledgeable about the offerings and services. You will lead the way for educating the patient on what they have identified as their concerns to be addressed and have the ability to enhance their experience by designing a treatment plan that gives them a clear picture of what the process will look like and what the anticipated outcome will be. You credential your teammates, introduce them to the patient so they know that they will be receiving the best in class support they deserve. You achieve success by making relationships with patients and designing a 360˚ treatment plan.

Doing what you do best:

Virtual consultations & in-clinic treatment design

  • Lead of all consultation processes, whether in person or virtual
  • Manage schedule accordingly – be creative to allow for both types of consultations

Education Journey

  • Take your perspective patient on an education journey, all appointments should include:
  • What they are looking for? What are their reasons and goals regarding treatments?
  • What can they do that they do not know about?
  • Skin analysis – what is your skin age?
  • Before and after photos – powerful images to show results achieved by others

Design treatment plan:

  • Work with patient to design a personalized treatment plan just for them, being mindful and creative to work within the patient’s budget and discuss financing options where applicable
  • Educate patient on what they can expect from the entire process
  • Credential team members, introduce them to the patient during appointment if available

Skin care treatment plan:

  • Based on treatment plan and skin analysis, educate patient on skin care that will assist in desired outcome of results, showing that a complete program that incorporates skin care will only enhance the results of their treatments
  • When to use and how to use each product, possible reactions they may experience and what that means in their skin health journey
  • Have a basket of recommended product prepared to show the patient instant opportunity to WOW the patient – if treatment is booked and deposit payment is made
  • To provide immediate impact to the patient offer to fix up those 11s free of charge before they leave!

Follow up with patient

  • If treatments have not been booked, follow up with patient within 24 hours and
  • If treatments have been booked and patient had their 11s done, follow up in two weeks to see how they are loving the results!

How you present yourself:

  • Trendy & professional. We want you to look and feel stylish, while at the same time feel comfortable and approachable to the patients.
  • *As per clinic standards dress code policy

Additional pay: Commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday + Occassional Saturday

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
