House Cleaning Supervisor

Are you an organized, detail-oriented leader with a passion for keeping things spotless? We’re looking for a House Cleaning Supervisor to lead our residential cleaning teams and ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

As our Cleaning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, conducting quality checks, and ensuring jobs are completed on time and to standard. This is a hands-on leadership position where no detail goes unnoticed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of residential cleaners
• Assign and manage daily schedules and job routes
• Perform quality control checks and ensure standards are met
• Train new staff and support ongoing staff development
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and inventory

You’ll Succeed If You:

• Have prior cleaning experience (supervisory experience a big plus)
• Are organized, punctual, and dependable
• Have strong communication and people skills
• Can lead by example and motivate a team
• Have a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (required)
