RF Transparent is a growing company specializing in glass railing systems and building materials distribution. As our operations continue to expand in multiple provinces and the US, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who combines strong leadership with hands-on execution and a highly resourceful mindset.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving systems, and actively contributing to solutions in a fast-moving environment where growth and projects are constantly evolving.
We are seeking a pragmatic leader who can balance strategic thinking with real-world execution and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across operations, logistics, and project execution
- Improve workflows, processes, and operational systems to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and team organization in collaboration with HR
- Identify operational gaps and implement practical, sustainable solutions
- Participate in planning and execution of growth initiatives and infrastructure projects
- Support logistics, inventory coordination, and operational planning when required
- Help build internal tools, automation workflows, or data-driven processes when opportunities arise
- Maintain a hands-on leadership approach and actively support team success
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams in operations, logistics, or multidisciplinary environments
- Experience in building materials, construction supply, manufacturing, distribution, or similar industries strongly preferred
- Exposure to HR processes, team training, or personnel management
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resourceful and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on execution
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience with automation, process optimization, or database-driven workflows
- Exposure to ERP systems, operational software, or data analysis tools
- Experience helping organizations scale operations or improve internal systems
