Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Individuals to capture high-quality visual content. You will focus entirely on production shooting properties and capturing compelling angles and hand off the raw assets to be finalized by our dedicated in-house photo and video editors.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Production: Shoot comprehensive interior, exterior, and architectural photos of various properties.
• Aerial Media: Operate drone equipment to capture engaging aerial photos and videos of properties and surrounding neighborhoods.
• Workflow Integration: Promptly upload raw files and collaborate seamlessly with our photo and video editors to ensure the final deliverables meet strict brand standards and turnaround times.
• Staging & Lighting: Make minor on-site adjustments (opening blinds, turning on lights, clearing small clutter) to ensure spaces are perfectly camera-ready.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage all camera bodies, lenses, gimbals, drones, and lighting equipment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to various property sites across the lower mainland.
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently on a tight, volume-based shooting schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rate/Salary: $24/h
• Mileage Compensation $0.55/km
