As part of our national expansion, we are offering a branch partner / independent broker opportunity for experienced insurance professionals who want to grow their own book of business—without starting from scratch.

The Opportunity

We are seeking licensed insurance professionals who want to operate their own A‑Kan Insurance branch or portfolio while leveraging our brand, carrier access, systems, and ongoing support.

You remain independent, earn uncapped commissions, and build long-term equity in your book of business—while we provide the infrastructure to help you scale.

What You’ll Do

As an A‑Kan Branch Partner / Independent Broker, you will:

• Build and manage your own book of business
• Sell and service Personal, Commercial, and Life Insurance products
• Develop client relationships and grow your local market presence
• Manage day-to-day operations and (if applicable) staff
• Operate in compliance with provincial regulations and A‑Kan standards

Licensing Requirements

• Ontario: Valid RIBO license (required)
