We are seeking vigilant and responsible Event Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of attendees at Dauphin Country Fest 2026. This role involves maintaining a secure environment during the festival, monitoring crowds, and preventing any incidents that could compromise safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of security protocol, excellent observation skills, and a professional demeanor to handle various situations effectively.

Pay: CA$16.50–CA$19.50 per hour

Join our team for one of Manitoba’s biggest music festivals — the Dauphin's Countryfest 2026.

We are hiring experienced Event Security Guards willing to stay in Dauphin for 5–6 days to support festival operations and crowd safety.

Event Dates:

June 24 – June 29, 2026

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in event security (concerts, festivals, nightlife, sporting or private events preferred)
• Physically fit with a professional and commanding presence
• Strong crowd management and conflict resolution skills
• Calm, confident, and able to perform under pressure
• Valid Manitoba Security Licence (required)
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

You’ll Be:

• Monitoring entrances, exits, and securing festival grounds
• Managing crowd behaviour and access control
• Responding to disturbances and safety concerns
• Assisting with VIP, backstage, and restricted access areas when required
• Representing our brand with professionalism and authority at a high-profile event

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (preferred)
• Event Security experience (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Manitoba Security Licence (required)
