Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Canada. Based at our Midas center, the Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating vehicle maintenance processes. This position is vital in helping us deliver top-tier automotive solutions aligned with our mission of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of services and repair options.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Sell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle status.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in dealership or automotive service environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in sales.
