Rauth Roofing is seeking an experienced Journeyman/woman Roofer to join our dynamic team in Windsor! If you’re passionate about roofing and want to grow with a fun, supportive company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Transport materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
• Follow Foreman’s instructions and complete tasks as required
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work environments
• Install and seal roofing systems in line with manufacturer specs
• Operate and maintain small engine equipment (buggies, cutters, sweepers)
• Learn from skilled workers and supervisors to advance your trade knowledge

Required Tools:

• Basic hand tools (measuring tape, knives, scissors, screwdrivers)
• Power tools (impact drill, TPO roller, 20V drill set with batteries)
• Roofing-specific tools (EPDM roller, pry bar, trowel, etc.)

Safety Certifications (Provided by Rauth Roofing):

• Working at Heights (WAH), WHMIS, 4-Steps (Worker Awareness)
• TSSA Propane, Forklift/EWP, Hoisting & Rigging
