Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere
• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and served at the correct temperature

Qualifications

• 2+ Years experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong ability to cook eggs in multiple styles with consistent quality
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays is a must.
• A passion for cooking and commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Food safe certificate (or willingness to obtain)
