✨ Position: Stuffy Rider Attendant

Part-Time / Casual

Hours Required:

• Wednesday – Friday 4:00am - 9:00pm
• Casual Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service to children, parents, and mall visitors
• Handle rental transactions, returns, and customer inquiries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment
• Clean and sanitize the Stuffy Rider animals between uses
• Ensure the booth/storefront is tidy, organized, and inviting at all times

We're looking for someone who's:

• Outgoing friendly, approachable, and great with kids and families
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented

Stuffy Rider Attendant – Requirements

• Minimum age: 16+ (18+ preferred for handling payments and closing responsibilities)
• Criminal Record Checks with Vulnerable Section
• Availability: Must be available to work mall hours
• Customer service skills: Friendly, approachable, and comfortable working with children and families
• Retail Experience: Must be able to handle till transactions
• Physical ability: Able to stand for extended periods, walk animals back and forth, and perform light cleaning duties
• Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to follow procedures consistently
• Technology skills: Comfortable using a point-of-sale (POS) system or iPad/tablet for rentals and returns
• Teamwork: Able to work independently when alone and collaboratively when working with another attendant

Pay: $17.85 per hour
