Financial Advisor Trainee (Mentorship & Paid Licensing)

Role Description

We are expanding our wealth management operations in the Greater Montreal area and are seeking entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as a Junior Financial Advisor Trainee.

This is not an administrative desk job. You will work directly under the guidance of a top-tier senior advisor within one of the most established wealth management networks in Canada: PFSL Investments Canada Ltd., which manages over $23 billion in assets.

No previous wealth management experience is required

Qualifications

• Education & Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a strong background in sales, athletics, hospitality, or business.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and interested in finance and entrepreneurship.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with potential clients.
• Work Style: High self-discipline and time management; able to work independently and as a team player.
• Client Focus: Professional, ethical demeanor with a commitment to needs-based selling.
