Full job description

M Property Management Group is looking for a reliable and motivated Contractual Repair Worker to perform general apartment repairs and maintenance work in Prince Albert, SK.

Job Duties

  • General apartment repairs and maintenance
  • Drywall repairs and painting
  • Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Flooring, doors, locks, and fixture repairs
  • Assisting with unit turnovers and renovations

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
  • Ability to use basic repair tools safely
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay & Schedule

  • $20–$25 per hour
  • Paid biweekly
  • Flexible contract work with consistent hours available
