We take raw material, and with your help transform them into a vast array of high-end wheelchairs, and gliders. Here’s where you come in

Broda is looking for an addition to the team. You will be working indoors with a great group of people, collaborating with team members in various departments. You’ll be involved in transporting material around our bright, clean warehouse, and helping to build products that make a real difference in people’s lives.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a positive attitude
• Can use hand tools, and power tools safely
• Can follow instructions from supervisors and leads
• Has good hand eye coordination
• Can read a tape measure
• Comfortable working with technology
• Has great attention to detail
• Can assemble product accurately and efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Able to stand, bend, squat for extended periods of time

Broda provides on the job training and continuous coaching in every department

It is required for you to

• Have previous experience in a warehouse or industrial/manufacturing environment
• Have assembly experience

• Day shift (Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm)
• Starting rate of $18.75/hour and further opportunities for wage increases
• Stable and secure 40/hr a week plus opportunity for overtime
• All overtime is payable after 40 hours a week
