Job Title:
Financial Operations Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to lead internal audit processes, manage inter company reconciliations, and contribute to cash flow reporting across multiple global entities. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will independently manage complex workflows, coordinate with multiple teams, and support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial and operational analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal audit-related functions, including bank reconciliations, compliance reviews, and financial health assessments by office
- Support preparation of the group cash flow report, ensuring all intercompany flows reconcile across entities accurately and on time
- Independently collaborate with different teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies in intercompany transactions and cash movements
- Liaise with the data team to gather, validate, and structure large datasets required for reporting
- Maintain Tableau dashboards and financial reports to support business insights and compliance monitoring
- Conduct in-depth analysis including forex evaluations, cost control, and cash buffer assessments
- Communicate effectively with various teams when transactions or balances do not reconcile
- Recommend process improvements and assist with developing policies and controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Proven experience with inter company reconciliation,
cash flow reporting, and financial controls Strong Excel skills and experience working with
Tableau or similar BI tools * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- * Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Skills:
- Experience working in a multi-entity or global finance environment
- Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Dynamics)
- Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or financial automation tools
