What You’ll Do:

As a Structural Welder, you'll play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling high-quality structural components. Your expertise will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and precision. You'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately fabricating structural components, including crane structures, tanks, pipe supports, and air and exhaust systems, while ensuring that all welded structures meet or exceed industry quality standards
  • Effectively reading and interpreting welding drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills in welding techniques and industry best practices.
  • Adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment.

What You Will Achieve:

Within 90 Days: You'll actively participate in projects and demonstrate proficiency in welding techniques. You will become acquainted with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, and become a valued member of the team.

What You Bring:

  • Valid Journeyman ticket and CWB certified
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
  • Proven ability to read and interpret welding drawings
  • Strong technical skills in welding techniques (FCAW, SMAW, MCAW)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
