Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff.
- Analyze data and adjust interventions based on progress.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote generalization of skills across settings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and ethical guidelines (e.g., BACB, IDEA).
- Maintain timely clinical documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and data tracking.
- Support staff professional development through ongoing coaching and case reviews.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and parent education sessions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or RBA certification
- Minimum 1–2 years of applied ABA experience.
- Experience with supervision and BCBA practicum is advantageous.
- Strong data collection, interpretation, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel to client homes, schools, or community sites as required.
- Passionate and empathetic, with a focus on client‑centered care.
