Red Top is looking for a Prep-Cook to join our Kitchen Team!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Follow all safety protocols related to food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly according to established recipes and standards
• Complete prep lists to ensure enough product is available for service
• Re-stock any low items during and after shift.
• Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
• Help with additional tasks, as required and assigned by supervisor/manager
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and adherence to cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen

Requirements :

• Availability to work weekends
• Good organization, coordination, and multi-tasking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Positive attitude with a team mindset
• communication and organizational skills
• Physically able to lift reach bend stoop

Experience/Certifications:

• Minimum 1 Year
• Food Handler or equivalent

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
