Restoration Project Manager

Double Clean is a Restoration Company in Edmonton AB. We are family owned and operated with a positive work environment with a supportive culture. We are rapidly growing and looking to add the right candidate to grow with us.

We provide emergency mitigation services for damage caused by Water, Sewer back-ups, Fire and Smoke Damage, Wind Damage, Vehicle Impacts, Catastrophic Storm Response, Bio/Trauma Clean-up, Asbestos Remediation, and full Construction services.

• Contacting customers
• Inspect properties (residential and commercial) to determine structural and surface damages
• Create scope and sketch
• Create estimate in Xactimate software- experience and knowledge of software is an asset but not required. Willing to train the selected candidate.
• Using the estimating software to prepare detailed scopes and estimates for commercial and residential claims, we are willing to train the selected candidate how to use the software.
• Uploading required documents
• Responsible for insuring assignments meet internal and external commitments from start date until completion
• Coordinate crews and sub-trades to attend emergency callouts
• Coordinate crews and sub-trades to attend job sites
• Create and maintain a strong working relationship with customers, including insurance brokers, insurance adjusters and insurance companies

Qualifications:

• Experience in Estimating is a requirement
• Experience with Xactimate a requirement
• Knowledge of insurance protocols and claims process is an asset
• IICRC (Clean Trust) Certifications are an asset
• High level problem solving and analytical abilities necessary to oversee and direct assignments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Xactimate Estimate Writing: 2 years (required)
• Project management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver's License with a Clean Abstract (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (preferred)
