Company Overview
ADP Distributors (Rotomaster) is seeking Electro‑Mechanical Assemblers with a keen eye for detail and strong, proven soldering skills to accurately assemble and install electronic and mechanical components within a manufacturing environment. This role requires precision, consistency, and hands‑on expertise in SMD and THD soldering to meet strict quality standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established production procedures to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assemble electronic components manually and in production settings, including intricate and high‑precision parts, while meeting assembly instructions and quality requirements.
  • Perform hands‑on soldering of both SMD (Surface‑Mount) and THD (Through‑Hole) components; strong soldering proficiency and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Test and inspect assemblies, including mixed and custom builds, to verify performance, accuracy, and quality.
  • Complete mechanical and electronic assembly tasks, including preparing, placing, and installing components.
  • Carry out final assembly and shipping activities as needed.
  • Repair, modify, or touch up products to meet quality standards when required.
  • Support multiple areas of manufacturing operations as assigned.
  • Participate in training programs to maintain and improve technical skills.
  • Contribute to team‑based quality improvement initiatives, including 5S and workplace safety practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of manual soldering experience is required.
  • Strong, proven ability to solder SMD and THD components is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and precision workmanship.
  • Solid understanding of proper electronic component handling standards.
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with others.

Position Details:

  • Pay Range: $22-24 / hr
  • Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 15:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Soldering: 2 years (preferred)
  • working with fine pitch / small components: 1 year (preferred)
