Role Overview

The Service Advisor is the front office leader and a critical part of our operation.
This role requires mental toughness, professionalism, accountability, and strong decision-making.

This is not an entry-level role and not a temporary position.

Selection & Evaluation Process

  • Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 3-day unpaid evaluation/training period
  • This period is used to assess:
  • Communication and customer handling
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Learning speed and accuracy
  • Professional conduct
  • Only candidates who meet our standards will receive a formal job offer and 5-year contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and communicate with customers
  • Accurately write and manage repair orders
  • Clearly explain repairs, timelines, and costs
  • Manage customer expectations and resolve concerns
  • Coordinate workflow between technicians and management
  • Take full ownership of front-office operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional front office

Requirements

  • Permanent authorization to work in Canada (no expiry)
  • Willingness to sign a 5-year employment contract
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Customer service experience (automotive experience preferred)
  • Computer and POS system proficiency
  • Professional appearance and attitude
