Position Overview: We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our final assembly team. This role is hands-on and critical in preparing pressure vessels and filtration systems for shipment including mechanical assembly, system integration, fitting, and final quality checks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working with custom builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of pressure vessels and filtration systems according to engineered drawings and specifications
• Install valves, gauges, piping, filters, and instrumentation as required
• Fit and bolt components together using hand and power tools
• Conduct leak testing, pressure testing, and functional checks on completed systems
• Collaborate with welding, fabrication, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in crating and preparing assembled systems for shipping

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or related field (industrial or manufacturing preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, torque wrenches, drills, and pneumatic tools
• Strong understanding of mechanical fittings, pipe connections, and system layout
• Comfortable working with custom, one-off or small batch products
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Forklift or overhead crane experience an asset (but not required)
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
