Job Title: RV Service Technician

Job Summary: As an RV Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles both on-site and at local campgrounds. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with technical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair RV systems, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and installations
- Complete on-site service calls at local campgrounds and customer locations
- Ensure all work meets company quality and safety standards
- Accurately document service work and communicate findings to customers and team members
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to meet customer timelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in good working order
Qualifications:
- RV experience is an asset but not required; transferable trade experience will be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of one or more of the following: Plumbing, Electrical systems, Mechanical repairs, Carpentry
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive work ethic
- Ability to work flexible, full-time hour
