Server – Katsu Restaurant (Downtown Toronto)

We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing Server to join our team at Katsuya, a busy and cozy Katsu restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto. If you enjoy chatting with customers, bringing positive energy to your workplace, and making people feel welcome the moment they walk in, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and delivery drivers (like Uber Eats) with a big smile and warm attitude
• Take food and drink orders accurately and answer any questions about the menu
• Make small talk and help create a comfortable, friendly atmosphere for everyone
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and organized manner
• Check in with guests to make sure they’re enjoying their meal and experience
• Keep the dining area clean and presentable – wipe tables, restock as needed
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct and go out smoothly
• Handle payments and follow restaurant procedures for tips and transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for good customer service
• Someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a natural smile
• Comfortable juggling multiple tables and staying calm during busy times
• Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required – we’re happy to train the right person
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
