What You’ll Do

• Perform HVAC & refrigeration maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Estimate time/materials and identify preventative maintenance opportunities
• Read wiring diagrams & system manuals accurately
• Diagnose and repair system and equipment issues efficiently
• Replace and adjust components precisely
• Ensure systems operate properly before leaving site
• Maintain safe work practices and comply with all codes
• Complete service records accurately and on time
• Keep service truck clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• Stay up to date with training and certifications
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Foreman

What You Bring

• 3rd or 4th-year HVAC Apprentice or certified Journeyperson
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence & clean abstract
• Bondable and able to meet client site requirements

Compensation

Pay based on experience — from base rate to full wage package, including per-hour add-ons for:
RRSP, tool allowance, A/B Gas certificate, OFA, FSR, and vacation pay.

Additional Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay

Schedule

• 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
