Part-time Art Gallery & Studio Assistant

WeCube Gallery and WeArt Culture Centre are leading art educational institutions and contemporary art spaces in the GTA. We specialize in providing professional art education, portfolio preparation for top-tier art colleges, and curated art exhibitions. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and detail-oriented Art Studio Assistant to join our team for the upcoming academic year.

Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Communication: Welcome students and parents warmly; manage incoming inquiries professionally via phone, email, and WeChat.
* Studio Operations & SOP Execution: Maintain the day-to-day cleanliness and organization of the front desk and gallery space; monitor and manage art supply inventory based on studio guidelines.
* Administrative Support: Assist the Director with student registration, tracking tuition payments, scheduling, and maintaining up-to-date student records.
* Marketing Assistance: Help manage the studio’s social media accounts (Red/小红书, Instagram) and assist in organizing local art salons and student exhibitions.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bilingualism is a MUST: Fluent in both professional English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with our diverse student families.
* Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or retail is preferred. Experience in art studios or education sectors is a major asset.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and social media platforms. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Personality: Punctual, reliable, possessing strong personal boundaries, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with children and families.
* Background in Fine Arts, Design, or Arts Management is highly preferred.
