Full job description

Canadian Wheel is seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Call Agent to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to customer questions about products, services, billing, or accounts
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Document customer interactions in the company system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Follow company policies and customer service procedures
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism during all interactions
  • Meet performance targets such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous call center or customer service experience
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Multilingual skills are an asset

Hours : 08 :00 – 17 :00 / Monday-Friday

Starting pay = To be determined based off prior call center experience

Previous experience in the wheel industry is an asset
