About the Role

We’re looking for a Receptionist/CSR who’s not only organized and detail-oriented, but genuinely enjoys connecting with people. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear and the first impression they remember, setting the tone for an exceptional experience every time.

This isn’t a repetitive, sit-and-wait kind of role. You’ll be at the center of the action handling inquiries, supporting sales, processing orders, and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Please note: This is an on-site role based in Edmonton (no remote option). Operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Par2Pro via phone and email
• Welcome customers and guests to our showroom (by appointment)
• Answer questions and provide accurate order and product information
• Create quotes, sales orders, and process payments using NetSuite
• Enter Shopify orders into our ERP system
• Send invoices and payment instructions (including PayPal)
• Coordinate shipping quotes
• Qualify incoming leads for our sales team
• Keep customer records organized and up to date
• Work closely with your teammates to deliver a seamless experience
• Spot trends or recurring issues and share insights with management
• Jump in where needed because teamwork matters here!

What We’re Looking For

• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Confidence juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• At least 1 year of reception or customer-facing experience
• Comfort using Windows-based systems and Microsoft Outlook
• Bonus points for experience with NetSuite, golf, or simulators
