Summary

We are currently seeking a Dishwasher to join our team at The Keg Steakhouse & Bar Fallsview. Located inside our Wyndham Grand Fallsview hotel, this role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen, contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and dishwashing station.
• Assist with food preparation as needed under the guidance of kitchen staff.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are sanitized and stored properly.
• Support the kitchen team by keeping up with cleaning tasks during busy service periods.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
