Service Advisor with Management opportunity

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to upsell services effectively. The ideal candidate will have dealership or mechanic experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their vehicle service needs
• Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing recommendations based on mechanical knowledge
• Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate costs effectively to customers
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services
• Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining integrity
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of service orders, customer interactions, and vehicle history
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area

Experience

• Previous repair facility or dealership experience is highly preferred
• Mechanic or automotive repair experience is a strong plus
• Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and maintenance procedures
• Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Experience in sales, including upselling services or products effectively
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail

Fulltime /Willing to work Saturdays - Looking for couple candidates as Main Station and a floater position at various locations.
